Delete your account

You can delete your Digit Place account and everything we hold about it, any time.

In the app (fastest)

Me > Settings > Delete account. It is immediate and permanent. Sign in with Apple access is revoked as well. You choose whether to keep or wipe the data on your device.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to store@tribe.az with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address on your account. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, display name and country, synced progress, palaces and studios, challenge attempts and leaderboard entries, and your sessions. Database backups expire within 30 days.

What is not affected

• Your device. Data on your phone stays unless you wipe it.
• A subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions (see Plus).
• Anonymous usage statistics, if you turned them on, contain no digits, names or account ids and cannot be linked back to you.
