Digit Place Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Digit Place app and digit.place (together "the service"), made by Tribe Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: store@tribe.az. By using the service you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. What the service is

Digit Place is a memory-training app. It is a learning tool and makes no promise about results. It is not a vault: please do not store card numbers, PINs or other secrets in it.

2. Your account

An account is optional. You can sign in with Apple or Google for sync and the leaderboard. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it any time in the app (Me > Settings > Delete account) or by following Delete account.

3. Digit Place Plus

Digit Place is free to start. Digit Place Plus is optional and adds photo sync, unlimited own places, the competition lab, extra widgets and the Apple Watch companion. Learning, daily review, streak, PAO and your own data export are never locked behind Plus.

• Plans. Monthly (renews every month), Yearly (renews every year, may start with a 7-day free trial) and Lifetime (one payment, no renewal). The price in your own currency is shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy, and again in your receipt.
• Payment. Charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A free trial turns into a paid yearly plan at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a plan.
• Auto-renewal. Monthly and Yearly renew automatically for the same period and price (unless the store told you about a price change) until cancelled. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel. Manage or cancel in your store account: App Store (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the period you paid for ends. Deleting the app or your Digit Place account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Apple or Google handles refunds under their own rules; ask them through the store. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• After Plus ends. Nothing you made is deleted. You can still open and edit everything; only adding more beyond the free limits and the Plus features pause. See Plus.
• Restore. Me > Settings > Plus > Restore purchases brings your purchase back on a new device, with the same Apple or Google account.

On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies to the app.

4. Acceptable use

Leaderboard names must be yours to use and not offensive, and must not impersonate someone. Do not cheat the daily challenge, attack or overload the service, reverse engineer it to copy it, or use it unlawfully. We may hide or remove scores and names, and suspend accounts, that break these rules.

5. Your content

The images, words, lists and photos you add stay yours. You give us only the right to store and process them to run the service for you (for example sync). Only add photos you have the right to use.

6. Our content

The app, lessons, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy or resell them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it is always available. We may change or retire features. If we change Plus in a way that makes it clearly worse for you, tell us and we will make it right.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data you chose not to back up. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, except that if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell you in the app for material changes.
